The new expressway between Kundli and Palwal, inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi last month, was touted to be the country’s first smart and green expressway, promising a first-world experience to road users. The Hindu went on a drive on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and covered nearly 100 km of the 135 km, starting from Kundli and ending the journey at Greater Noida. Here is what we found.
